Freshman Honors student Patrick Beckett has a band called Macon that will be playing at some local venues this weekend.Check them out at Dioko's coffeehouse (514 S. Main St. in downtown Joplin) on Friday, October 14th ($3 cover), and The Bridge in Joplin on Saturday, October 15th at 7 pm.
