The Chart has an article about Caleb Gallemore winning the 2005 Northridge essay competition, sponsored by the London School of Economics for his paper "Lords and (Cyber) Serfs: eGovernment and Post Structuralism in a Neomedeival Europe," which he developed from a project undertaken during his international study at the University of Plymouth in the UK.
We'd like to take this opportunity to thank The Chart---and also to correct the record on a small but significant matter. Dr. Martinek told the reporter "just the other day, Dr. Leon wrote us an e-mail congratulating Caleb and the Honors Program" not "Just the other day León called and congratulated us."
